- We, at NetVitesse, are able to deliver a precise analysis of diverse solutions’ potential with value estimation, ROI and so on. Every measurable information is provided to our customer, as well as a list of what is not. According to this study, NetVitesse and its customer are then able to decide whether this particular optimization project is valuable enough to be a “GO” or not.
- Recommendations of improvements are made, based on our pragmatic approach and technological expertise. NetVitesse’s customer is able to clearly understand what he can take advantages of.
- Last step but not the least, NetVitesse works on a logical division of its customer’s project in operational functionalapplications or “lot”. This division ensures a better coherence in the project’s development cycles, enabling NetVitesse to commit on what we are really able to do and the customer to follow its project’s development progress step by step.
- A preliminary commitment is provided in terms of technical and financial feasibility, plans, deadlines and costs.
- A technical validation may be required for lots that we are not sure with certainty to be able to develop. Once again, we, at NetVitesse, do not want directly to commit on things we have not really experienced yet.
