- The technical validation phase may only be required for problematic lots we do not have enough experience and/or information to design and develop.
- This phase consists in clarifying and validating technical and financial uncertainties.
- Benchmarks are delivered in order to compare different existing technical solutions.
- Once solutions have been found, we do not just recommend one of them but provide a real proof of concept. It may consist in a partial development clearly showing that this solution truly works. In a concern of transparency, we never hesitate to admit that we are not able to realize what is requested.
- Workshops gathering Customer’s representatives will allow NetVitesse to present its conclusions and representatives to take part in elaborating the approach. NetVitesse’s customers always collaborate all along their project’s qualification and validation phases.
- Consequently, an intermediary commitment is provided with a more detailed target architecture by lot. This “agile” commitment by lot allows, in particular, a better reactivity, adaptability and flexibility of the detailed project plan. NetVitesse’s way of doing things allows us not to be dependent on too ambitions and/or binding deadlines and to ensure efficiency all along the project.
- This particular methodology targets, above all, customer’s satisfaction rather than the development contract terms.
