What is NvConnect technology?

The Power to Satisfy

NvConnect is a server-side API technology enabling a cost-optimized integration between any software application and the Mitel IP Telephony through a WebServices interface.

This integration operates at the business layer, meaning NvConnect cares about low-level data manipulation and reliability for the five different types of need represented below:

  • Provision new users and access configuration data on the IPBX,
  • Inventory the licenses and devices for install bases,
  • Perform maintenance routines (logs, backups...),
  • Allow click-to-dial features for external applications
  • Control and manage the user telephony services in mobility (login, device, ...)

NvConnect is also a Java Applications Container, and thus can litterally host many custom Java server applications which make a direct use of the API.
